Creator Terms & Responsibilities

Content Ownership
As a creator, you confirm that you own all rights to the content you upload, or have explicit permission to share it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and licenses.
Age verification of every depicted person
For every photo, video or message media you upload, you represent and warrant that every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time the content was created. You have collected, prior to any publication, a valid government-issued photo ID for each performer, establishing their full legal name and date of birth.
Written, informed consent from every depicted person
You have obtained written, informed consent from every person appearing in your content (not only yourself), explicitly authorising (i) the creation, (ii) the publication, (iii) the distribution on MyMuse, and (iv) the commercial exploitation of the content for fan subscriptions and unlocks. Consent covers the specific content and has not been revoked.
Record-keeping & 7-day availability
You agree to keep copies of every age-verification document (government-issued ID) and every signed consent / model release, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, and you commit to provide these records to MyMuse and/or to competent authorities within seven (7) business days of any request. You also agree to update those records whenever a performer's stage name or alias changes.
Legal Compliance
You understand that you are responsible for ensuring all your content complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where your content may be accessed.
Absolutely prohibited content
You agree never to upload, and never to allow on your account, any of the following. Any violation results in immediate permanent suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings, and, where applicable, report to law-enforcement authorities and NCMEC:
- Any depiction of a minor (under 18) or a person whose age cannot be verified, whether real, simulated, or fictional (CSAM).
- Any content depicting or promoting human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or prostitution.
- Any non-consensual content, including revenge porn, hidden camera footage, leaked content, or content where consent has been withdrawn and not re-obtained.
- Any content involving violence, rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia or scat.
- Any content infringing third-party copyright or trademark that you do not own or have not licensed.
- Any content offering, soliciting or advertising illegal goods or services, or illegal “meet-ups”.
Payouts & cooperation with payment provider
You understand that MyMuse collects subscription and unlock payments on your behalf via its regulated payment service provider, and retains a 10% platform fee. You agree to cooperate with any additional verification the payment service provider may require (identity, tax information, beneficial ownership) and acknowledge that failure to do so may delay or block payouts.
Liability & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyMuse harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your content or your breach of these terms. You accept full responsibility for your creator activities on the platform, and you acknowledge that you are the primary producer of your content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
