How subscriptions & unlocks work
Everything you need to know before subscribing to a creator on MyMuse.
What you are buying
Monthly subscription
30 days of access to a creator's subscriber-only posts and direct messages. Each creator sets their own monthly price.
One-time content unlock
A single payment to permanently unlock one specific photo, video, or private message. No recurring billing.
Pricing & billing
- All prices are shown in Euros (EUR / €) inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew silently: each 30-day cycle requires a manual renewal payment — you will never be charged without first seeing and confirming the amount.
- One-time unlocks are single charges. No recurring billing, ever.
- The descriptor on your card or bank statement will read “MYMUSE” followed by a short reference code.
How to cancel
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately. You keep access until the end of the current 30-day period you already paid for.
If you are unable to cancel yourself (for example, because you lost access to your account), contact customer support and we will cancel on your behalf within 1 business day.
Refunds & disputes
Because subscriptions and unlocks grant immediate access to digital content, all sales are final once access has been delivered. If you believe you were charged in error, if content was never delivered, or if you encountered a technical issue, contact customer support within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.

Safety, consent & legal
MyMuse is an 18+ platform. Every creator is identity-verified, every piece of content is reviewed before publication, and any depicted person can request immediate removal. We have zero tolerance for minors, non-consensual content, and human trafficking.
Frequently asked questions
Will I be charged automatically every month?
No. Each 30-day cycle requires you to confirm a new payment. You will always see the exact amount and the creator before being charged.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscriptions and tap “Cancel”. You can also email billing@joinmymuse.com.
What appears on my bank statement?
The descriptor reads “MYMUSE” with a short reference. It will not contain the name of any individual creator or any explicit wording.
Who can I contact for a billing dispute?
Email billing@joinmymuse.com with your transaction reference. Our team responds within 2 business days.
